How it works
Design first. Hardware second.
A LiDAR scan and AI-optimised heat loss calculations mean your heat pump, radiators and cylinder are sized for your home, not guessed from a postcode.
We scan every room with LiDAR
LiDAR captures a precise 3D model of your home: room sizes, walls, windows and ceiling heights, far more accurately than a tape measure. We add insulation, floor types and how you use each space. Nothing is assumed from a postcode.
ExampleA typical 3-bed semi: every room, wall, window and ceiling height captured in a single visitAI optimises the heat loss calculation
The scan feeds straight into our heat loss model. AI-optimised calculations work out exactly how many watts each room loses on the coldest design day, then test different flow temperatures to find the most efficient design.
ExampleDesigned to keep the lounge at 21 °C even on the coldest winter day (−1.8 °C outside)We specify the right system
Using the optimised results, we specify the right heat pump output, the radiators that need upgrading (and the ones that don't), and a cylinder matched to your hot water use. Accurate data means no oversizing and lower running costs.
ExampleA 7 kW heat pump, 3 radiators upgraded, and a 200-litre hot water cylinderThe process
From first call to a warm home.
Enquiry
Tell us about your home and current heating. We'll book a survey at a time that suits you.
LiDAR survey
We scan your home room by room with LiDAR to capture everything that affects heat loss.

A clear, fixed quote with the system specification, with the grant already deducted.
Installation
Usually a few days on site, with the work kept clean and tidy throughout.
Commissioning & aftercare
We set up, test and walk you through the controls, then stay on hand for servicing.
